The location was ideal to get to both the centre of Bangkok and the airport. It’s a lovely hotel with friendly employees. The breakfast is also amazing and there is something for everyone.

Tanya and Yuan stood out with their unparalleled attention to detail, making the check-in process seamless and stress-free. Their ability to anticipate our needs, provide thoughtful recommendations, and solve any queries with efficiency and a smile was truly remarkable. What impressed me most was their authenticity. They didn’t just provide excellent service; they made us feel genuinely welcome. children pool is must

modern design hotel. wonderful stylish room. amazing rooftop bar with excellent dishes, snacks and drinks, and than the pool… the pool is something else: watching the sunset over Bangkok while floating in the water is a one of a kind experience. the staff is very professional and they take care of all your needs. don’t expect a personal approach. since this is a very big hotel; anonymity is where you are here. you feel that it is more of a ‘business’ hotel but anyone can be a guest there. ideal location for your last night in Bangkok before travelling back home.

We stayed for our honeymoon. Some of the reviews made us worried that we made a mistake however I can’t fault this hotel. We stayed for 2 weeks (we have family in Thailand) and it was an incredible stay. Very clean and well kept rooms, the designs aren’t as out dated as what I originally thought, always had lots of bottled water to drink, eco friendly options that you usually see only in 5 star resorts, incredible and friendly staff, location is incredible.
